MICHELLE BRADLEY

 

Michelle Czekalski Bradley is a certified general appraiser, an AQB Certified National USPAP Instructor, and a licensed real estate broker. She performs review appraisals for the Pennsylvania Department of State and is also a real estate educator and course author, and has over 22 years’ experience as an appraiser. She is active in several appraisal and real estate related organizations, including the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® where she is a member of their legislative committee reviewing proposed legislation affecting the real estate and appraisal industry. She is active in lobbying for needed changes in our industry and has testified in front of the House Professional Licensure committee regarding real estate appraisal issues. Michelle has been appointed to be Pennsylvania’s representative to the appraisal committee with the National Association of REALTORS® where she provides Pennsylvania’s perspective on national issues. She is also active in her local community in many civic organizations. Michelle was a foreign exchange student to Bogota, Colombia while in high school and counts that experience as the beginning of her deep sense of national pride. In the little free time that she has, Michelle enjoys traveling to foreign countries to learn about different cultures in the world. Most importantly, she is very proud to be married to her husband, Dan Bradley, for the past 21 years.

CHARLES BRATTON

 

Charles C. Bratton, II is a founding member of Rothamel Bratton, LLC and practices estate planning and administration, elder law, and disability planning with the firm which has locations in Haddon Heights, Haddonfield, Philadelphia, Linwood and Lawrenceville, New Jersey. Mr. Bratton is chair of the trust, estates and elder law division of the firm and counsels clients with regard to estate planning, asset preservation, and Medicaid qualification issues as well as advising professionals in these matters. Mr. Bratton is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is also the past Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee of the Camden County Bar Association. Mr. Bratton received his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Southeastern Louisiana University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University: Camden, New Jersey. Trista is a graduate of Washburn University and Washburn University, School of Law, where she was a member of the Washburn Law Journal.   After serving as Assistant Legal Counsel to Kansas Governor Bill Graves, Trista joined the office of the District Attorney for the Eighteenth Judicial District of Kansas as an Assistant District Attorney assigned to the Consumer Fraud division.  From 2004 to January of 2010, Trista was the Government Affairs Director and Legal Counsel for the Wichita Area Association of REALTORS® and the South Central Kansas MLS, in Wichita, Kansas.  After recently relocating to the Kansas City area, Trista is now trying to figure out how to get her 5 year old daughter to eat anything other than chicken nuggets.

Gee Dunsten, a graduate of the University of Maryland, entered the real estate business in 1972.  Starting in residential sales, he progressed to general sales manager, then owner/broker in 10 years. CHANDRA HALL

 

Starting college at age 16, Chandra completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business. In 1993 she founded and operated Innovative Funding, a corporate and non-profit resource partner collaborating with leaders of corporations and non-profit organizations. In 1997, she joined forces with J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc., in Wichita, Kansas specializing in residential real estate. After completing a Masters Degree in Business Administration in 2000, she became an adjunct instructor for her alma mater followed by a real estate instructor for Career Education Systems in Kansas City. Upon relocating to Colorado, Chandra serves as a real estate educator and instructor trainer at Kaplan Professional Schools in Colorado Springs and Denver. MARK JAMISON

JACKIE LEAVENWORTH

Jackie Leavenworth, ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI is from the Cleveland, Ohio area and was licensed in 1984. She quickly became her company's top producer and was constantly asked to share the secrets of her success.  In 1988, still selling real estate, Jackie began developing and delivering many courses for the Ohio Association of REALTORS®, local boards and real estate companies as well as teaching the GRI and ABR designations.
