Martha Webb is the
author of two books, Dress Your House for Success, which was
named one of the “Top 10 Great Real Estate Books of the Year” and
Finding Home – Buying the House That’s Right for You. Martha and
her home buying and selling concepts have been featured across the
country – from Good Morning America to CNN, and The New York
Times. She has hosted a HGTV program and is a spokesperson for
Procter & Gamble.
Martha has worked extensively with the real estate industry in
education and marketing to develop and package programs and products
for agents, managers, and brokers. She is the creator of The Certified
Home Marketing Specialist program, which incorporates staging and
strategic marketing concepts to create an increased level of real
estate service.

Mr.
Woodburn's work with the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® has
included publishing various works pertaining to recent developments in the
areas of real estate law, as well as conducting training seminars for
REALTORS® across the Commonwealth. He also counsels REALTORS® through the
Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® Legal Hotline. He is an author and
speaker for several of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's real estate
related courses.
ANDREW WOOTEN
Andrew Wooten is a Crime
Prevention Practitioner and the Managing Partner of Safety Awareness &
Firearms Education (S.A.F.E.). He is regarded as one of the country’s
leading authorities in crime prevention and self-defense. His in-depth
interviews with state and federal prisoners, as well as counseling
rape and assault victims, have yielded invaluable information on crime
prevention and self-defense. Mr. Wooten is certified with Attorney
General, The Department of Justice, National Rifle Association, and
United States Marine Corps. In addition, he is an accredited
multi-black belt in Judo, Jiu-jitsu, Taekwondo and Aikido. He also is
a certified firearms instructor.
Mr. Wooten’s philosophy is that, “A person’s best weapon is
themselves: their mind, voice and body.” Each person, regardless of
size, is capable of learning and adapting some form of the techniques
presented in his seminars to practice self-defense and utilize safety
prevention.

LAWRENCE YUN
Lawrence Yun is the
Chief
Economist and Senior Vice President of Research
at the National Association of
REALTORS®, where he manages the Statistics and Forecasting Groups of
the Research Division. He writes regular columns on real estate market
trends, creates NAR's forecasts, and participates in many economic
forecasting panels, including Blue Chip and Harvard University
Industrial Economist Council. Dr. Yun has been quoted on the real
estate market and the economy in the mass media, including the Wall
Street Journal, the New York Times, and the Washington Post. He has
also appeared on CNBC and Bloomberg TV. Dr. Yun received his
undergraduate degree from Purdue University and earned his Ph.D. from
the University of Maryland at College Park.
