How are booths assigned?

 Booth Assignments

Initial booth space assignments will be made on June 15, 2012. No space will be assigned without a signed contract and full booth payment. All 2011 exhibitors are given the right of first refusal on booth space: 2011 exhibitors have from May 15 to June 15 to reserve their previous year’s booth location, or similar, to request an additional booth space or to choose another location. After June 15, space will be available to all new exhibitors. Exhibit space will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis and is contingent upon Triple Play approval, receipt of signed Application & Contract and Rules & Regulations, and full booth payment. Special consideration for placement will be given to our convention sponsors and advertisers. Triple Play reserves the right to rearrange floor plans and relocate any exhibit. All applicants are subject to all terms of the Application & Contract and Rules & Regulations.
