She is recognized by her peers as an inspirational speaker, focused on getting students to take action that will make a difference in their own lives. Her passion for real estate has taken her from investor to sales to brokerage management to teacher/speaker and coach, and afforded her the opportunity to present on behalf of NAR, REEA and for associations and brokers throughout the country.
Ellen Boyle is the REAL DEAL. Ellen is a REALTOR® with 3 decades experience in sales. She is a dynamic national motivational/educational speaker, coach & author. She educates and inspires with high energy. She has spoken many times at NAR conventions, numerous Women’s Council of REALTORS® conventions, various state and local REALTOR® boards and many business organizations. Michelle Czekalski Bradley is a Pennsylvania Certified General Appraiser, an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI), and a Pennsylvania Licensed Real Estate Broker. She is a current member of the Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) of The Appraisal Foundation (TAF) which is the board responsible for writing, amending and interpreting the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
She is a real estate educator and course author, presenting courses through her own education company, Bradley Consultants. She is active with the National Association of REALTORS ® (NAR) and has served as chairperson of the NAR Real Property Valuation Committee which monitors proposed legislative and regulatory changes in the real estate appraisal profession. Michelle manages Czekalski Real Estate, Inc., a firm which was founded by her grandmother in 1963.

Anthony received his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School in 2001. He joined the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) in 2005 as the Director of Legal Services and was named General Counsel in 2013. Prior to joining NYSAR, he worked for a law firm that specialized in real estate on a statewide level. The Legal Services Department is responsible for NYSAR’s free Legal Hotline, the production of legal publications on current real estate issues, providing legal updates during the NYSAR business meetings and maintaining the NYSAR Statewide Forms Library. The legal department also assists the Government Affairs Department with their legislative agenda.
Mr. Goodman serves as general counsel for the New Jersey Realtors. He focuses his practice in commercial litigation, with a particular concentration in real estate and real estate brokerage issues and municipal law. His experience also encompasses antitrust suits and corporate shareholder and partnership disputes. Throughout his career, a number of Mr. Goodman’s cases have resulted in published opinions that set precedents in New Jersey.

He is often called as an Expert Witness in court cases where culture is an issue and has also been an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. His articles on multicultural beliefs have appeared in both state and national publications and he is the author or five books on the subject.
Hank Lerner is the Director of Law & Policy for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. In his role he oversees the Standard Forms and Professional Standards programs, and works on all sorts of various legal/regulatory/compliance issues for the association. He is a frequent speaker on legal, ethical and risk reduction issues around the state and beyond, and has served on several NAR committees and in other roles.

Carmen is a Single-Family Affordable Lending Manager at Freddie Mac. She is responsible for managing the diverse and real estate industry relations.
As part of her ongoing responsibilities, she is focused on engaging with real estate professionals, and industry leaders in alignment with the company’s affordable lending and access to credit, housing and financial literacy goals.
Prior to her current position, Carmen was the National Director of Strategic Growth Markets at Realogy Franchise Group.
Carmen entered and grew her real estate career, starting as a real estate sales agent in 2002, then as a managing broker in 2006, and became a real estate NYS certified instructor in 2009. Paula is the 2019 Region 11 Vice President for the National Association of REALTORS®.
Holly Moskerintz is the Community Programs Outreach Manager for the National Association of REALTORS®. She is involved in NAR’s Housing Opportunity and Smart Growth Programs planning and managing programs; conducting outreach and marketing; and providing technical assistance to state and local Realtor® associations.
Holly also develops partnerships and initiatives with national and regional organizations and presents at their conferences. Holly manages NAR’s Placemaking Program, Walkable Communities Initiative, Workforce Housing Forums and Employer-Assisted Housing (EAH) Initiative. In building NAR’s Placemaking Program, Holly created a placemaking guide; manages a grant; and writes a blog (Spaces to Places).
Previously, Holly worked in the legislative, communications & technology fields including working at the National Association of Counties. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a major in Community Development and Planning and completed NAR’s Green Designation. Holly is now pursuing NeighborWorks’ Community Economic Development and Community and Neighborhood Revitalization certifications and IEDC’s Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) certification.
Jordan Moskowitz is the Director of Single Family Programs at New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency. NJHMFA is dedicated to increasing the availability of and accessibility to safe, decent and affordable housing to families in New Jersey. NJHMFA offers programs to assist First-Time Homebuyers, senior citizens, and/or the disabled in our special needs communities. Joe Rand is a Managing Partner of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty, the largest real estate company in New York’s Hudson Valley. He is a graduate of Georgetown University, Georgetown University Law Center, and Stanford Law School, where he received a JSM Degree in legal studies while acting as a teaching fellow at the law school. His professional legal experience includes a term as a clerk for the late Hon. Frank X. Altimari on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and two years at Debevoise and Plimpton as a securities litigator in New York.
After his time at Debevoise, he went into teaching, as a fellow at Stanford and then a law professor at Brooklyn Law School, where he taught legal writing courses and developed a specialized course in legal decision-making, and Fordman Law School, where he taught Property I and Property II.

John quickly became the #1 salesperson out of the more than 800 employees in his position. He became a manager within the first year and continued on to run the highest profiting kiosk out of more than 100 in the entire country.

Jason has been counseling residential and commercial clients and developers with Land Use and Zoning projects in New Jersey for over 20 years. He has experience handling residential and commercial zoning applications, and counsels applicants in securing variances, site plans, subdivisions and redevelopment. There isn’t a time when Rich Sands doesn’t remember leading a class full of students. For fifteen years he brought out the best in high school students. He took that leadership to the real estate industry and has spent the past 19 years helping, inspiring, and facilitating real estate agents specifically, and salespeople in general.
Now, an experienced international presenter, instructor, and keynote specialist, Rich specializes in helping people master their sales skills in any situation. Presently, he is President of Rich Sands Seminars and works closely with international real estate franchise systems, independent brokerages and companies in all industries that want to their people to learn in an informative, relevant, stimulating atmosphere.
As a Certified CRS and NAR/REBAC instructor since 2004, he conducts dozens of courses each year for the National Association of REALTORS® and Residential Real Estate Council.
While Peak Performance is Rich’s passion, it is not the only one. He began running in 1966, ran collegiately and continues to “pound the pavement and the trails” having competed in over 500 races including 17 marathons and logging nearly 114,000 miles. David Sulock, Managing Director of Curren Environmental, has a diverse background in the environmental services industry. His experience spans from Phase I, II & III Environmental Site Assessments, remedial actions regarding mold & contaminants and soil & groundwater. He is involved in the performance & oversight of mold surveys, mold remediation, subsurface investigations, groundwater mapping & plume delineation, forensic analysis, environmental audits & compliance reviews.

Teresa Tilton, RCE joined the New Jersey REALTORS® in 2000 and is the Director of Professional Services. At the New Jersey REALTORS®, Ms. Tilton is the staff liaison on the Professional Standards Committee, Legal Affairs Committee, Bylaws Committee, Risk Management/License Law Committee, Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee, and the REALTOR® Relief Response Team.
Ms. Tilton has earned her REALTOR® Certified Executive designation, At Home with Diversity certification and is a Professional Standards Certified Administrator. Ms. Tilton currently serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee, Association Executives Institute Advisory Work Group. A graduate of Rider University, Ms. Tilton earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Minor in Pre-Law.
