Julianne Opet, Esq. is an immigration associate with Norris McLaughlin with special expertise in preparing EB-5 investment projects. Her knowledge of EB-5 rules and policies allows her to work closely with real estate developers, regional centers and foreign investors as well as other experts to assemble an approvable EB-5 project, including review of private offering documents, business plans economic reports and other materials for immigration eligibility and compliance. Her past work on EB-5 projects includes small start-ups and franchises, hotel chains, large mixed-use commercial and residential developments, and even sports stadiums.
