This session provides the foundation for ethical conduct, based on NAR’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, and covers the enforcement of professional standards as well as the resolution process. Using case studies focusing on today’s current issues, participants will learn how to apply ethical practices in all their dealings with clients and customers.
