Make no mistake – this ain’t your Granny’s old age! For the first time in history, real estate professionals are dealing with “seniors” who range in age from 50 through 95 – each of these demographic cohorts has a unique frame of reference and particular needs from their real estate professional. In addition, one or more of these groups will be the “influencer”, “decider” or even “caregiver” of another senior. This session will help licensees grasp the general and specific characteristics of each group and show them how to adapt to work successfully with this wide-ranging market.
