Topics include the legal obligations of a real estate licensee including license law, regulations, common law of agency, and tort law; the principles of agency, how it is established and what the fiduciary duties entail; types of agency options a licensee may engage in and the duties and applications of each and the penalties for breach of fiduciary duty.
