HUD is the largest seller of REO properties in the US and offers unlimited opportunities for licensed real estate agents and brokers in all states. The basic HUD rules and regulations are similar for all states and the same agreements of sale are used. This session is designed to teach real estate professionals about HUD/REO sales opportunities, so they’ll be able to share this information with their clients and help them through the buying process.
