Transaction Management

This session covers the fundamentals of sound transaction management: how to take a client from the point of an accepted offer through all the pitfalls of the inspection; contract formation; mortgage; title; walkthrough; closing; and insurance process. A hypothetical of a very difficult transaction is used throughout the session as an illustration of the types of issues that can come up while trying to get a deal through closing. Participants will learn how to be proactive to avoid transactional delays in their deals, and how to resolve them when they come up.
