This course is designed to provide practitioners with possible solutions to common scenarios that occur in the real estate profession. Agents and appraisers may struggle to find answers that are lawful, ethical and reflect best practices and often turn to social media for answers, much to their detriment. Additional discussion in this course will include hot topics such as appealing an appraisal, why appraisers received copies of sales agreements and what information can be shared between agents and appraisers.
