In this session, appraisers and real estate licensees explore the changes impacting the real estate profession due to evolving technology, markets conditions, and regulations. In particular, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac changes will be covered in addition to how these changes impact the appraisal and the transaction. Lastly, alternative valuation products will be discussed as they relate to USPAP, Code of Ethics and consumer protection.
