This session is designed to dispel common misunderstandings about the resale process.  This contingency is frequently misunderstood by not only buyers and sellers but also agents and could end up costing the sale.  Participants will learn about how the law vies the contingency period, when buyers and sellers are able to exit the contract and how the management company works with the agent on the resale documents.
