Carla has been a licensed REALTOR® in Florida since 1997. She and her team focus on consulting and marketing for international buyers and sellers. She is a Certified International Property Specialist instructor for NAR and holds the following designations: CIPS, GRI, RSPS, e-PRO, and TRC. She has spoken at real estate conferences in Spain, France, Venezuela, Panama, the UK, Canada, and Brazil. She and her business partner wrote “Jumpstart Your International Business” and now deliver this class to agents who are looking to develop their skills. They have delivered their classes to over 20 associations and companies across Florida as well as at Coldwell Banker’s GenBlue convention. Carla has been an active member of her local association since 2005. She has served as the International Council Chair and has co-hosted Sarasota’s international congress for 6 years. Carla served as a director for Sarasota for 6 years and Florida Realtors® director for 5 years. Her association named her Realtor of the Year and also the President’s award to her twice. Carla also served as the NAR’s President’s Liaison to Panama and stays active with the NAR international committees and meetings and assisted in developing the CIPS class: Business of US Real Estate. She currently serves as the National Association of Realtors Regional Coordinator to North America, Central America, and the Caribbean.
