Debra started her real estate career in 1982 as a salesperson with a Long Island, NY independent company. In a short time Debra moved into management for training and in 1992 accepted a position with the Century 21 Real Estate Corporation as a National Trainer. Debra founded ProCalibre Associates in 1996 and developed the Productivity Express Programs® & Systems. Over 20 years Debra has assisted 975 offices, organizations and thou- sands of agents nationwide in achieving increased productivity and profitability. Debra is a popular, inspirational and uplifting speaker with the ability to “quick connect” with an audience .Her communication style has resulted in first time and repeat invitations as a Keynote Speaker for a variety of Real Estate organizations, Brokerages and related industries.
