Hal Barrow is the Managing Partner of Barrow|Hoffman, a community association law firm with offices in Warminster and Center Valley and serving associations all around Pennsylvania. A magna cum laude graduate of Widener University School of Law, Hal has tried 100’s of cases for associations and their insurance carriers, and he is a well-known problem solver for them. Hal is a former President of the Community Associations Institute’s Pennsylvania Delaware Valley Chapter and a former chair of its Legislative Action Committee
