Jason has been counseling residential and commercial clients and developers with Land Use and Zoning projects in New Jersey for over 20 years. He has experience handling residential and commercial zoning applications, and counsels applicants in securing variances, site plans, subdivisions and redevelopment. He has appeared before Planning and Zoning Boards on behalf of industry leaders including Simon Property Group (Rockaway Townsquare Mall), Washington Prime Group, and MARS Chocolate North America.
