Mary Anne is a native Kentuckian. She graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in 1974. Married 38 years to Steve Simmons, who is a Performance/Surety Bonds Specialty Agent of Commercial insurance and a partner in his agency. Their Daughter, Kelly , is a Real Estate Broker -Associate in Chicago in a large brokerage. Mary Anne has been in Real Estate for 25 years. She has a Real Estate Team of 9 and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in 6 states: FL, KY, TN, AL, SC, and NC. She has earned the national designations of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), She also has her New Home Specialist (NHS), designation, Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant (C-CREC), Transnational Referral Certification (TRC), and is a Guild Member of The Luxury Home Marketing Institute , Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, , Who’s Who in North American Real Estate (1992). She also just received her Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) designation. Her corporate office, primary residence, and husband are all in Lexington, KY. She and her husband currently own and have sold many Second Homes/Rental Homes/Resort Homes/Investment Homes.
