Ryan T. Conrad is CEO of the Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS®, an Association comprised of 2,300 real estate professionals in Northeast Pennsylvania. He oversees the Multiple Listing Service, Real Estate Academy and Real Estate Weekly advertising publication. Prior to becoming CEO, Ryan served as Director of Government Affairs where he developed the government affairs program from the ground-up.
Ryan is the principal of Conrad Strategic Consulting, LLC which provides association management consulting, strategic planning, and leadership training.
Ryan earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives, and Realtor Association Certified Executive (RCE) designation from NAR. He earned the NAR AE Leaders of Tomorrow Young Professionals Award, and was inducted in the Dr. Almon ‘Bud’ Smith AE Leadership Society. Ryan is an elected official in his community and is married with three children.
