Susan Janett is the Program Director and Energy Advocate for the national nonprofit educational program, Partnership for Realty and Oilheat Success (PRO$). She has educated thousands of Realtors, Home Inspectors, Attorneys, Buyers and Sellers across the country and has earned a reputation as the go-to resource when dealing with questions and concerns surrounding the listing and sale of oil-heated homes.
Susan brings a unique set of skills and experience, along with unbounded passion for her client’s interests that wins accolades across the real estate and heating oil landscapes. Known for her 24/7 attitude and mindset, Susan has a reputation for addressing the tough questions and providing solutions to REALTORS® quickly, reliably, and outside the 9-5 mentality.
A natural networker, Susan also oversees the Warm Thoughts Social Media Marketing Department, orchestrating social media initiatives and engagement strategies for more than 35 industry brands and a dozen state associations, nationally. Before joining PRO$, Susan was the Director of Education for the largest regional Real Estate Association in the state of New Jersey, and a Garden State MLS trainer. A licensed REALTOR® since 1988, Susan is a recipient of the esteemed Top Producing REALTOR® Award for small office division across 7 states in the (formerly) Prudential Real Estate franchise. An avid animal lover and devoted volunteer, Susan serves as Vice President for the nonprofit rescue organization, Orphaned Pets, Inc., of West Caldwell, NJ, responsible for having saved and re-homed more than 7,000 lives since 1990. Susan currently resides in Cedar Grove, NJ, with her sons, Nick and Luke.
