Work better with today’s hyper connected seller from first online contact through to closing. This course will help students identify the ways that Millennial sellers search for agents and what matters MOST to them in a real estate transaction. The students will discover existing and new technology that will provide a systematic approach to transaction oversight. E signatures, automated showings services and video marketing/communication will be discussed.
