Greg is the founder and President of The Schenk Company, Inc., Central Ohio’s exclusive tenant/buyer representative brokerage and consultation firm. Greg has 32 years of experience in the real estate industry ranging from representing tenants and buyers in relocations as well as assisting clients in negotiating commercial space. Greg has been teaching for 25 years and teaches seminars nationally to professionals who want to learn about the market as well as to brokerage firms who want to learn the process of representation and corporate services. His expertise is in the area of site selection and “win win” negotiation strategies.
Greg has studied and trained in all aspects of consultation, contract negotiation, commercial real estate leasing, development, investment property acquisition, and site selection criteria. He has achieved the highly sought after SIOR designation as one of the leading brokers in the country and has completed the entire CCIM curriculum pertaining to investment analysis and acquisition. He recently attained the CNE, Certified Negotiation Expert designation to further enhance assisting his clients.
