Harrison Beacher is a proud father of two and a native Washingtonian who brings energy, heart, and leadership to every space he enters. He is the Managing Partner of Coalition Properties Group, a top-producing real estate team serving the DC metro area, affiliated with Keller Williams Capital Properties. With over $250 million in personal real estate sales and more than 350 families served, Harrison’s work is part of a larger mission—his team is closing in on $1 billion in career sales and has supported nearly 2,000 families on their real estate journeys. Harrison’s personal and professional mission is to be the bridge to our community for all things real estate, lifestyle, and wealth building. Whether helping first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or fellow agents grow their business, his focus is on making complex processes approachable and empowering people through education, relationships, and smart strategy. Nationally recognized as a leader and changemaker, Harrison was selected for Realtor® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 Class of 2016 and named an inaugural Fair Housing Champion by the National Association of Realtors® in 2022. He served as the 2022 President of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors® (GCAAR), was honored as GCAAR’s 2023 Realtor® of the Year, and is currently the 2025 President-elect for the District of Columbia Association of Realtors® (DCAR), where he also serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. At the national level, Harrison chaired NAR’s Meetings & Conference Committee in 2024 and continues to serve on NAR’s Board of Directors. At home in the Michigan Park neighborhood of Northeast DC, Harrison and his wife are raising two joyful toddlers, Hall and Temple. Together, they are deeply grateful for the vibrant, supportive community that surrounds them—and they’re committed to giving back and building a better future through real estate, education, and service. A retired DJ and lifelong music lover, Harrison curates playlists for every moment, believing that music and intentional energy set the tone for meaningful connection. He finds joy in traveling for thoughtful food and culture, exploring local scenes, warm summer nights, and learning the layered histories that shape communities. In addition to leading a high-performing real estate team, Harrison is a nationally sought-after speaker and coach. He teaches and trains on topics like networking, referral-based business, DEI, public speaking, social media strategy, and building community-focused real estate businesses. Two of his most popular and impactful classes are “How to Close 50 Buyer Transactions a Year”—focused on communication and systems—and “Thriving Through the Shift,” which gives agents a framework for adapting, growing, and leading in changing markets.
