Failure to disclose known defects is the most common cause of residential lawsuits, and environmental issues are among the most common triggers. This course provides real estate agents with the disclosure knowledge they need to protect themselves and their clients. From underground oil tanks and mold/lead paint/asbestos, and radon, agents will learn what must be disclosed, as well as the associated liability, and how to navigate environmental findings without crossing the line into liability.
