The deadline for submission is Tuesday, March 31, 2026 for the 2026 Convention.
The Triple Play REALTOR® Convention & Trade Expo, presented by the New Jersey REALTORS®, New York State Association of REALTORS® & Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, is the largest annual convention and trade show of its type in the U.S. – the premier event for the real estate industry in the tri-state area.
Over 5,000 industry professionals take the opportunity to learn new skills at more than 100 educational sessions, hear top national industry speakers & trainers, discover the latest trends, network with their peers and explore the latest products and service innovations at the 300-booth Trade Expo.
Triple Play 2026 is scheduled for December 7-10, 2026 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.
REALTORS® are shifting their thinking to long-term changes and what their business may look like in 2026 and beyond. Now more than ever, educational content focused on emerging trends, adapting business models and developing new ways to engage with customers will be critical.
- Real Estate Salespersons, Brokers, Owners & Managers
The majority focusing on residential but specialists concentrating on appraisal, auction, commercial, international, land, property management, relocation and resort are also represented - Affiliate Members
- State & Local Association Staff Members
Each state association convention committee, association staff and the Tri-State Convention Committee review proposals and select the program speakers based on overall program quality, speaker credentials, timeliness of the topic, relevance to the convention program and price.
Applicants will be asked to categorize their course submissions by topic, as relevant to the session tracks offered at Triple Play.
Appraisal: Topics may include valuation methodologies, market analysis, appraisal standards and compliance, appraisal technology, risk management, specialized property types, and adapting appraisal practices to changing market conditions.
Association Executive: Focus on leadership and governance, strategic planning, member engagement, advocacy, financial stewardship, organizational culture, succession planning, and navigating change within real estate associations.
Brokerage Management: Covers brokerage operations, recruiting and retention, coaching and performance management, compliance, scaling a brokerage, compensation models, risk mitigation, and creating high-performing teams.
Business Specialty: Highlights niche practices and specialized expertise such as commercial real estate, property management, luxury markets, investment strategies, and international real estate.
Industry Insights: Explores trends shaping the real estate industry, including economic forecasts, housing policy, demographics, market cycles, emerging business models, and data-driven insights impacting professionals and consumers.
Legal, Ethical, Environmental: Addresses legal updates, risk and liability, ethics and professional standards, fair housing, environmental issues, sustainability, disclosure requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Professional Development: Emphasizes skill-building and career growth, including leadership, communication, negotiation, time management, resilience, coaching, diversity and inclusion, and personal effectiveness.
Sales and Marketing: Covers modern sales strategies, client experience, branding, lead generation, listing presentations, pricing strategies, storytelling, customer retention, and measurable marketing ROI.
Social Media and Technology: Focuses on digital tools and platforms, social media strategy, AI and automation, data security, CRM systems, virtual transactions, emerging technologies, and leveraging tech to improve efficiency and engagement.
All submissions for CE credit (if applicable) will be managed by the associations thru the individual state governing bodies. Speakers chosen to present a CE course shall be required to provide a timed course outline with specific learning objectives (following the CE course outline template) and complete instructor resume meeting individual state guidelines for course and instructor approval.
