Bill works with SL Nusbaum out of Norfolk Va, where he is a principal and specializes in multifamily site selection and investment sales. He also puts together syndications for his colleagues and others, of multiple commercial property types. Bill has developed shopping centers, office building, and industrial properties. He has been a senior CCIM instructor for 15 years and Massimo Coach for 7. Bill loves the outdoors and on his free time, he can be found on a bike, hike, or a wave surfing.
