Jeff Lobb is a dad, a husband and and avid outdoorsman. As a father of 6 life is busy.. Jeff is a Football a coach , Lacrosse Coach for both the Kittatinny rec and Jersey Thunder travel leagues , on the Board of Education for his local school In Fredon NJ. He like to escape to his OFF grid camp in the adirondacks where they fish, hunt and ride ATV’s.

Jeff Lobb is the Founder and CEO of SparkTank Media and Coach52 – A Speaking, and Sales Coaching Company for the Real Estate, Mortgage and Title Industries. His focus is always on Sales, Marketing, Technology, Social Media and systems that create more sales and productivity He’s an International Speaker and Coach and has been in Real Estate for over 36 years.

He has been a top producing agent, has run Real Estate brokerages, he was the VP of Technology and Marketing for an International Franchise brand and has developed training and coaching products to serve the Real Estate industry

Jeff speaks at many Real Estate Brand conferences as well as associations, Real Estate Boards and top Real Estate events such as Inman Connect and NAR. A few of his speaking highlights has been speaking at Real Estate events in Poland, in Viet Nam for their first Real Estate association and even at one of Gary Vaynerchuks events at the Hard Rock stadium in Miami Florida. Jeff has been named Inmans Top 100 Most Influential Leaders in Real Estate for several consecutive years.
