Michelle Czekalski Bradley is a Pennsylvania Certified General Appraiser, an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI), and a Pennsylvania Licensed Real Estate Broker. She is a current member of the Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) of The Appraisal Foundation (TAF) which is the board responsible for writing, amending and interpreting the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
She is a real estate educator and course author, presenting courses through her own education company, Bradley Consultants. She is active with the National Association of REALTORS ® (NAR) and has served as chairperson of the NAR Real Property Valuation Committee which monitors proposed legislative and regulatory changes in the real estate appraisal profession. Michelle manages Czekalski Real Estate, Inc., a firm which was founded by her grandmother in 1963.
She is a third-generation appraiser and oversees a staff of six certified appraisers.
