Nancy Mosca is a licensed New York State Associate Broker and has been a Realtor for over 20 years. She is also a New York State Certified Real Estate Instructor and teaches for the Long Island Board of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors & the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council.
A believer in Realtor education, Nancy has earned the ABR, AHWD, BPOR, CBR, CIPS, CNE, EHO, GRI, ITI, MRP, SRS, SFR & SRES, designations and certifications. In addition, she has earned her Certification as a Human Behavioral Consultant and is a recognized member of the National Speakers Association.
