Nate Johnson is the President of Real Estate Solutions Group @ Red Key Realty Leaders, a full service residential real estate group with a commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals for over 25 years.
In addition to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, Nate has been providing education for REALTORS® for over a dozen years and is passionate about helping agents become the best versions of themselves by providing high-quality education. Nate’s educational style is very interactive, and he writes and instructs classes within these four pillars:

- Business Development, including CRD and CRS courses
- Leadership and Professional Development
Nate is a certified instructor for the National Association of REALTORS® and has developed courses and speaks with associations on a variety of fair housing issues as well as smart growth, leadership, and professional development. He is also a certified Residential Real Estate Council Instructor and teaches CRS courses.
Nate has served in a variety of leadership roles such as President for both St. Louis and Missouri REALTORS®. He is the past Chairman of the Smart Growth Advisory Board and Sustainability Advisory Group for the National Association of REALTORS® and served on the NAR Leadership Team as 2024 Vice President of Advocacy.
