Pam Ermen

Pam Ermen obtained her license in real estate at the age of 18 and had accomplished award winning sales performance before the age of 20. She moved move into a full time management position by the age of 24, which began 3 decades of attracting, mentoring and training exceptional sales teams to their peaks of performance, including her last office that grew to a sales force in excess of 150 agents. She has literally spent thousands of hours interacting one on one with Top Producers, Sales Managers and Company Owners, locally and nationwide, inspiring them to create a successful vision of both productivity and balance in their careers and their companies. Pam is the creator of two training series, is a nationally recognized expert on the dynamic growth of Teams, has taught for GRI programs around the nation and also qualified for years of service on the cadre of the Certified Residential Sales Program (RRC). She is also proud to have been recognized as the Real Estate Educator of the Year in her great home state of Virginia! Pam is the President of Real Estate Guidance, Inc. which oversees her successful coaching, speaking and training career throughout the United States and Canada.
