We’ll examine anti-trust issues, beginning with a review of anti-trust laws and enforcement–including RESPA. Real world examples of obvious violations (and the not so obvious violations) that are frequently committed by agents will serve to illustrate how the law applies. We’ll take an especially close look at applications of the law in social media.
