The consumers in today’s real estate market represent a diverse population of buyers and sellers. In this one-day course, participants will learn how to: research the demographic make-up of their local market; gain an understanding of the needs of their constituencies; and provide equal and ethical services to meet or exceed expectations of their customers and clients. Adherence to fair housing laws, including fair housing in marketing, listing and showing will be covered in detail.
