You Can’t Say That! Antitrust in Real Estate

When the Sherman Act began regulating antitrust behaviors in the United States, the union had 42 states and women were 30 years away from being able to vote. A lot has changed over the past 130 years but in his Executive Order on Promoting Competition in the American Economy, President Biden issues a reminder that antitrust continues to be a problem in real estate.
