Holly Moskerintz

Holly Moskerintz is the Community Programs Outreach Manager for the National Association of REALTORS®. She is involved in NAR’s Housing Opportunity and Smart Growth Programs planning and managing programs; conducting outreach and marketing; and providing technical assistance to state and local Realtor® associations.

Holly also develops partnerships and initiatives with national and regional organizations and presents at their conferences. Holly manages NAR’s Placemaking Program, Walkable Communities Initiative, Workforce Housing Forums and Employer-Assisted Housing (EAH) Initiative. In building NAR’s Placemaking Program, Holly created a placemaking guide; manages a grant; and writes a blog (Spaces to Places).

Previously, Holly worked in the legislative, communications & technology fields including working at the National Association of Counties. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a major in Community Development and Planning and completed NAR’s Green Designation. Holly is now pursuing NeighborWorks’ Community Economic Development and Community and Neighborhood Revitalization certifications and IEDC’s Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) certification.
