Rich Angowski, a partner with OlenderFeldman LLP, concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, land use, and commercial real estate transactions. Rich graduated from Georgetown University in 1999 and Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004. In 2014, the New Jersey Law Journal recognized Rich as a “New Leader of the Bar.” In addition, New Jersey Monthly Super Lawyers named Rich a “Rising Star” from 2014-2017. Rich counsels businesses throughout New York and New Jersey, including title companies, real estate brokerages, and commercial developers. He also regularly appears before public entities seeking approvals for his clients.
