In this session, we’ll evaluate the impact of possible outcomes to the MLS/DOJ lawsuits as they relate to field practice. Incorporating the changes to the Code of Ethics and MLS policy, each section of the 4 changes in the MLS/DOJ tentative agreement are evaluated from a license law, Code of Ethics and best to worst case scenario perspective regarding the impact on business done in the field, choices brokers need to consider for their businesses and how they can proactively prepare their agents and their bottom line.
