Dealing With Deal Killers

Deals die in many ways that are not directly caused by you. How do we set ourselves and our customers up to not have this happen to us? This session looks at issues specifically with title, appraisal, inspection, mortgage, & other agents that cause deals to die. Agents will learn the tricks to minimize the number of deals you lose when one of these other folks screws your deal up & how to recover and close deals you already have that would otherwise die. More closed deals equals happier customers.
